The Asset Management Lead is a highly responsible position, charged with developing support services and assisting the MSA Director in the development, construction, and operation of the New Terminal One (NTO) project at JFK International Airport. He or she proposes initiatives during the design phase of the project that will support efficiencies and ensures the design reflects the requirements of the project’s different stakeholders. The Asset Management Lead works closely with the PMO and terminal design team to develop the tenant design criteria manual and the change order process.
