The Assistant Director, Integrated Operations is responsible for leading, coordinating and resourcing the successful execution of a comprehensive operating strategy within an Integrated Operations Center including staffing plans, systems, processes, and services. This leader is accountable for establishing organizational alignment and coordination across departments and divisions to ensure effective integration and alignment of systems, data, processes and the development and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all operation functions represented in the North STAR Center in a manner that achieves performance goals. This leader also oversees the Airfield Operations team ensuring strict compliance with FAR Part 139 while ensuring the highest standards of airfield safety
