This is a highly structured and selective internship program designed to give the incumbent experience in all facets of airport management including: Operations, Planning, Aircraft Rescue Firefighting, Security, Maintenance, and Administration. Work will include a combination of daily operational duties, rigorous training, emergency response, and comprehensive project work. Interns will also have the opportunity to attend an A.A.A.E Conference and begin networking with other Aviation Professionals. This internship is one of the best opportunities available to kickstart your career in Aviation.  During your time at GPIA as an intern, you will have ability to earn five different certifications:  Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting - Basic 40 Hour Course   Emergency Medical
