AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR $1,500 sign-on bonus available & up to $2,500 relocation offered for qualified external candidates. Ready to take your career to the next level? Portland International Jetport (PWM) is currently seeking an experienced Airport Operations Supervisor to help lead the charge of our Airport Operations Team. The successful incumbent will have proven leadership experience, project management skills, and be solution-minded with exceptional people skills. This position directly supervises Operations Duty Officers and/or Operations Coordinators, reporting to the Operations Manager and is a key leader in ensuring the Jetport’s core values of Safety, Service, Teamwork, and Trust are woven into the daily operations of PWM.
Expected Schedule: Rotating 10 hour shifts/4 days a week, with required availability for holidays, on-call shifts and are subject to mandatory overtime call-ins.

Successful candidates will possess strong leadership experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional experience coach and training, with clear expertise in the multifaceted nature of operating a Part 139 airport.
Understanding and/or development of technical, complex curriculums and diverse training experiences are highly desired.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience proactively developing and implementing auditing practices, using benchmarking and data to determine, track, and demonstrate successes
Ability to proactively resolve operational issues as well as assist coworkers and mentor team members on best practices and compliance.
This position participates in the hiring process and is responsible for shift scheduling, performance management, and the day-to-day supervision of Airport Operations Duty Officers or Operations Coordinators.
This position requires the ability and willingness to work a nontraditional schedule that may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This position also requires the ability for the incumbent to obtain a SIDA badge and pass the necessary federal background checks in accordance with 49 CFR Part 1542 and pass a driving check.
Must be able to possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Expected Hours/Schedule: Airport Operations Supervisors work rotating 10 hour shifts/4 days a week, and are required to be available for holidays and on-call shifts and are subject to mandatory overtime call-ins as the Jetport is a 24/7/365 operation.
